Andra Oprișanu
Integrative & Humanistic Psychotherapist in Training
About Me
I am a trainee psychotherapist practising in central Bath. I offer weekly, low-cost therapy to individuals. I offer a supportive, reflective space for those looking to deepen their understanding of themselves or make sense of what feels difficult or unclear.
My Approach
I believe in the transformative power of being in relationships where we feel truly seen and understood — and how, over time, that kind of connection can help us feel more at home in ourselves. This is the kind of space I aim to create in therapy: where experiences can be held with care, curiosity, and compassion.
Whether we're exploring something specific or working with a more general sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, sessions are shaped by what clients bring— there's no right place to start. Allowing time and attention for what may be hard to put into words can open us up to new ways of being.
I take an integrative approach, adapting the way I work to meet the needs of each client. I'm particularly drawn to dreamwork as a way of exploring the unconscious.
The Space & Pricing
I offer in-person therapy from a private room on Wood Street, in central Bath. Conveniently located, the space is quiet and comfortable, offering a safe environment for working together. Please note that the room is located up several flights of stairs and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and my current fee is £25.
