I am a trainee psychotherapist offering weekly therapy to individuals. I offer a supportive, reflective space for those looking to connect more deeply with themselves and navigate what feels difficult or unclear.
I believe in the transformative power of being in relationships where we feel truly seen and understood, and how, over time, that kind of connection can help us feel more at home in ourselves. This is the kind of space I aim to create in therapy—where experiences can be held with care, curiosity, and compassion.
Whether we're exploring something specific or a more general sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, sessions are shaped by what the client brings—there's no right place to start. Wherever we begin, the work has a way of unfolding toward what matters most. By allowing time and attention for what's difficult to articulate, we can make room for new ways of relating to ourselves and our experience.
I take an integrative approach, adapting the way I work to meet the needs of each client. I'm particularly drawn to dreamwork as a way of exploring our deeper psychic layers.
I offer in-person therapy from a private room on Wood Street, in central Bath. Conveniently located, the space is quiet and comfortable, offering a safe environment for working together. Please note that the room is located up several flights of stairs and, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible.
Sessions are 50 minutes, and my current fee is £25.
